During her many years in large school, Nguyen compiled a cumulative 4.8 quality point ordinary. But she did not just target on lecturers and learning. 

“I wished to make the most of my time right here,” she reported. So Nguyen turned thoroughly involved in a number of golf equipment, such as her school’s LEO Club and the Black Pupil Alliance. 

LEO stands for Management Working experience Options. The club is focused on carrying out service tasks at Maloney and in the Meriden neighborhood.

Nguyen grew up in Meriden. Her mother is Kimanh Vu and her father is Do Nguyen. She has a brother who is 21. 

Nguyen attended Thomas Hooker Elementary Faculty and Thomas Edison Center School. She recalled when she was in fifth grade that an educator, who wasn’t her teacher, produced a prediction. 

“She constantly informed me that I would be valedictorian,” Nguyen claimed. But as a fifth quality college student, she was not so confident.

In the note Nguyen insisted that she would be valedictorian. She couldn’t think her previous educator had held on to it for all all those a long time.
